We are pleased to announce MM Sedation study club is now offering a category 1 core course. This course focuses on the medical emergencies and offers 3 CE Points.
This course explores the complexities of managing dental patients with systemic medical conditions in the context of sedation and surgery. Topics include cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine, neurological, hematologic, oncologic, renalhepatic, pregnancy and immunology-related risks with emphasis on evidence based guidelines.
Course Dates: January 31st, March 27th 2026

Oral Moderate Certification Course is under the aegis of MM Dental Sedation Study Club. This course teaches oral moderate sedation which can be practiced in your dental office.
The didactic portion is delivered at 1200 Derry Road Unit 20, Mississauga, ON, L5T 0B3 and the clinical portion is delivered at 325 Winterberry Dr, Hamilton, ON, L8J 0B6.
Course Dates: June 12th - 14th 2026, October 23rd - 25th 2026

This is a one day refresher course in Moderate Sedation (this includes Oral moderate sedation and Nitrous sedation). It is a category -2 course and fulfils the 6 CE points required to maintain certification.

This is a one day refresher course in IV sedation. It is a category -2 course and fulfills 7 CE points which fulfills part of the mandatory CE points required to maintain IV sedation certification. July 11th 2026.

This is a category 1 course offered in collaboration with the University Nitrous Oxide for the Pediatric Patient of Toronto Continuing Dental Education. This course is no longer presented in person and is available online through the CDE portal. Qualifies for 3 CE points category 1.

Cancellation by the registrant warrants a refund, deducting a $250 non-refundable fee, granted for cancellations received two weeks before the scheduled course date. Regrettably, no refunds will be provided for cancellations after the course date; however, credit for future courses can be extended.
In case the course needs to be cancelled or rescheduled for any unforeseen circumstances candidates will have the choice of full refund or carry over to the next course date.
